Sunday 8 September: Romex on Business Class!

This Sunday, 8 September at 10:30, Paul De Römph will join Harry Mens at the Business Class table on RTL7. Paul will give an update on the progress of the renovation and talk about the sale of the luxury suites and hotel rooms at Hotel Jakobwirt. You will also hear when we will officially reopen the hotel.

Interest in this project is enormous. Three months ago, we launched the sale of the luxury suites and hotel rooms and more than seventy percent has already been sold. Only a few exclusive rooms and suites are still available, some rooms starting at a sales price from one hundred thousand euros. So be quick.

However, Paul will not only talk about our newest hotel in Austria.

New projects in Spain

We are also working on raising capital for our newest project, Palacio Del Mar, also known as Palace by the Sea, in Villajoyosa on the beautiful Costa Blanca in Spain. Preparations for the sales launch are in full swing and Paul’s youngest daughter Lindsay de Römph is working closely with interior specialist Alfredo Mondejar from E four studios on a unique interior concept. The mood boards are already finished and promise a stylish design with beautiful Spanish elements.
