Before you invest, it is important to gather information about the various investment funds. We offer several ways to determine whether investing in a fund is right for you. You can explore this through a few simple information sources, including:
Start by registering without obligation for one of our projects. Contact us if you would like to apply for one of our investment funds, and our team will guide you through the process. You can register by requesting the prospectus, either by phone or by email.
Once you have requested the prospectus, we will provide you with all the details, including the minimum investment amount and the expected returns. We place great value on personal guidance, so we are happy to invite you to our office for further explanation or visit you in person.
At this stage, you decide whether you want to participate in the investment fund. If you choose to join, we will send you the subscription form to complete. Once you have signed it, we will also sign and return it to you for your own records.

After registering your participation, you will be notified within a few days whether your subscription has been accepted. Once your subscription is accepted, you will also receive immediate instructions for the payment of your participation amount.
Each quarter, you will receive your interest payment and a fund report in arrears. If you have any questions or comments in the meantime, please feel free to contact us.
As a participant in our investment fund, we offer you the opportunity to be the first to invest in a vacation property if you are interested. It is important to emphasize that purchasing an apartment is not required to participate in the fund. However, we recommend considering this option without obligation, giving you time to review the details and make a decision when we provide more information about the project.
Once the fund is fully subscribed, you will have the first opportunity to select an apartment.
Investing in an investment fund carries certain risks. Each fund has its own specific risks. We manage these risks by applying specific conditions for participation in an investment fund. You can read these conditions in the fund’s prospectus. Additionally, we are happy to explain the risks in a personal consultation.
For this reason, we provide the following advice:
If you do not have sufficient liquidity or cash flow, or if you are uncertain about the financial feasibility, we advise against participating in the investment fund. It is essential that your financial position is solid before considering this step.
